Special, limited edition Yunnan white tea
This is one of the oldest tea trees (2400 years old) from the Chunqiu-Warring State era (770BC-221BC). It was protected by an ethnic minority group living in Yunnan.
This white tea was harvested in March in 2023. It was not withered, exposed to the sun after roasted in a pot. It was dried in cool surroundings after it was withered indoors.
Feature: A rather mild, sweet, silky-smooth, highly pleasant, extremely fruity tea with a unique aroma that can be enjoyed at length, with a characteristic, sweet after-taste and a golden color. The tea has a stimulating, refreshing, uplifting effect. The bitterness of the tea does not come out even after it is infused several times, which is one of the special characteristics of this tea.
Place of Origin: near of Heping village, Jiu Jia Xiang, Zhenyuan Yi, Hani and Lahu Autonomous County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province

STEP 1) Warm your teapot. Pour boiling water into a gaiwan or teapot, let it sit for a little while, then discard all the water.
STEP 2) Brew (no need to rinse this tea). Pour hot water on the tea leaves (about 85°C) and brew for 30 seconds.
STEP 4) Serve. Pour the tea into a pitcher, and then into cups.
STEP 5) Brew again.
❖ For the second infusion, steep it for about half the time of the first infusion. For every other infusion after that increase the steeping time (from the time of the first infusion).
❖ Make sure to open the lid of the teapot between infusions, to prevent the leaves from cooking.
❖ This is how we recommend brewing this tea, but we all have our preferences, so try experimenting to find the way you like it the most.
