Kamairicha Green Tea
Kamairicha is a unique type of Japanese green tea produced by pan-frying tea leaves, instead of the conventional process of steaming leaves. This technique produces a unique roasted almond-like aftertaste, a mild bitterness and deep aroma, with tones of grass or berries. Kamairicha is also called 'guricha' (curly tea) due to the shape of the processed tea.
