If you just want great matcha lattes without the ceremonial grade price-point this is the matcha to buy. It takes good, a bit astringent on its own but gives personality when added the milk (I did skimmed milk).

I use this for cakes, chocolate, and drinks (mainly latte). In all of these, the flavor comes out perfectly and it gives a beautiful green color. I have tried some tea powders from other, questionable sources before, and the color always turned brownish, but not this one. I really recommend it for anyone thinking of making stuff with matcha!
