How to prepare

STEP 1) Put 2g (0.4 US tsp, 1 teaspoon or 2 chashaku scoops) sakura matcha powder into a suitable tea bowl.
STEP 2) Pour 80 ml (2.7 fl oz) of 90℃ (194°F) water over the sakura matcha powder.
STEP 3) Whisk with a chasen (tea whisk) until foamy.

Freshness is key to enjoying matcha. Drink it quickly before it cools.

❖ Before Step 1, warm the tea bowl with hot water, then dry it with a cloth. This ensures the perfect temperature for preparing a fragrant, delicious matcha. (Optional)
❖ Sift the matcha powder through a fine strainer before use to prevent clumping. (Highly recommended)
❖ Drink the matcha immediately after preparation, as it may become increasingly bitter as it cools. (Recommended)
❖ Freshness is key to enjoying matcha. It's best to use the tea within one month of opening. (Highly recommended)

I made it as usucha it tastes great and refreshing however when i tried it as a latte not so much. i would recommend having it alone not mixed with anything else. You can taste the floral notes and the grassiness from the matcha.

I love this so much!! It’s a great way to celebrate spring. It’s not bitter at all, and it’s sweet so no need for sweeteners. It’s a refreshing matcha. The powder is vibrant green and smells so good
