1. Put 5 g of tea leaves into a Japanese teapot.
2. Cool boiled water down to 80℃ and pour it into the teapot.
3. Steep for 45 seconds and pour the equal amount of tea in each cup.
You can use the same tea leaves two or three times. Use hotter water at the second and the third time.
These used tea leaves should be immersed for a shorter time than the first.
The taste of tea is a matter of preference, so try infusing tea in several ways and find your favorite way to infuse.

A smooth and flavorful tea that also a slight astringency making it a well balanced choice. An excellent value and much better than most competitor's inexpensive teas.

Delicious tea to start the new year with. It has a deep flavor and the slight bitterness that slowly develops is very refreshing. The aftertaste is the best part, it is almost florwey. It has a very nice, vibrant green color. My favorite seasonal tea is still (and most likely always will be) Tsubokiri sencha, but this is another one that is definitely worth a try. Especially for those who enjoy the Japanese tea culture just as much as the tea itself.
