Matcha Supplier Delivery Speed Ratings:

The information provided here outlines the waiting times, the delivery schedules for each manufacturer. Please note that these time frames refer to when specific products arrive at Sazen Tea's dispatch warehouse, not when we will ship your order. This will also indicate the earliest date we can begin preparing your order for dispatch.

  1. Kanbayashi Shunsho: 1 day
  2. Hokoen: 1 day
  3. Maruyasu: 2 days
  4. Hekisuien: 4 days
  5. Yamamasa Koyamaen: 7 days
  6. Horii Shichimeien: 10 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
  7. Marukyu Koyamaen: 25 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)

* days are counted as work days, from Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends and Holidays.
