** Orders containing Marukyu Koyamaen, Horii Shichimeien, Hekisuien and Yamamasa Koyamaen products are delayed with an extended lead time of about 25 days or more. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.

 

Matcha Supplier Delivery Speed Ratings:

The information provided here outlines the waiting times and the delivery schedules for each manufacturer. Please note that these time frames refer to when specific products arrive at Sazen Tea's dispatch warehouse, not when we will ship your order. This will also indicate the earliest date we can begin preparing your order for dispatch.

  1. Hokoen: 3 days
  2. Kanbayashi Shunsho: 4 days
  3. Maruyasu: 4 days
  4. Ise Cooking Matcha: 10 days
     
  5. Hekisuien: 25 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
  6. Yamamasa Koyamaen: 25 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
  7. Horii Shichimeien: 25 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
  8. Marukyu Koyamaen: 25 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
