Thick and strong flavor green tea from Kyoto, Japan
Konacha literally means powdered tea. This is a blend of leaves and stalks coming out of the process of producing Gyokuro (highest-quality green tea). You can brew this tea quickly because its leaves are very thin. Powdered tea usually has a bitter and astringent taste but this tea doesn’t taste bitter at all. You can enjoy Gyokuro’s delicious taste. Gyokuro tea plantations are entirely covered to bring out the nice flavor.

1. Put 6 g (1.2 tsp ) Konacha in a teapot with an extra fine strainer.

3. Steep for 40 seconds and pour an equal amount of tea into a pitcher or cup.
❖ This tea goes 3 steeps. For the second and third infusions, use hotter water and brew shorter.
❖ This is how we recommend brewing this tea, but we all have our preferences, so try experimenting to find the way you like it the most.
The color of the liquor really reminds me of the Fukamushi blend. Though a much stronger brew, it has a delicate and balanced flavor. This provides the more complex tea character I look for without the cost. It's a quality you're unlikely to find at this price.

An intense tea and flavourful tea. After I brewed this as recommended before, going down to 5g of tea gave me a more enjoyable experience. It's less overwhelming, and it reminds me of some of the matcha teas I've had.

This tea has a delicious, rich, deep taste and great color. It is very fine and can clog some strainers, so you may need to prepare it differently. One of the best price to quality ratios I have come across so far.
