Umami-rich green tea from Yame city, Fukuoka pref.
Sweet and fragrant green tea with the main notes of spinach, muscat, and grilled, sweet corn. Compared to Uji gyokuro, it is less on the refreshing-verdant, and more on the toasty, relaxing side. The liquor is velvety and mellow with a ripe and toasty aroma. It is an ideal tea for those who prefer less edgy, less bitter gyokuro.
For the second infusion, we recommend 100 ml of 70℃ water and a 35-second steeping time. The result will be a creamy, profound, umami-rich tea.
