Refreshing green tea with a mild and rich taste
Place of origin: Ohmi tea fields, Shiga Prefecture, Japan
TASTING NOTES:
A charismatic gyokuro with many different faces depending on how you brew it. Prepare it in a traditional way, 8g with 30-50ml (1-1.6 fl oz) 50℃ water and you get an eye-opening refreshment, edgy and impressive. Pour this brew on ice, and the edges are taken away, only the fresh, deep savor remains. And prepare it with less tea leaves steeped in more water, and you get a catchy, sweet and slightly spicy tea with a faint astringency that only adds to its refreshing qualities.
