Premium Japanese green tea
Unlike most Uji sencha, Tsuyobi sencha is strongly roasted which results in characteristic toasty flavor notes reminding of cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds. While the first brew is more nutty and less verdant, the second brew is the other way around. The green notes come forward and the nutty notes stay in the background. The liquor is silky-oily, steaming a sweet chestnutty aroma.
