1. Put 6g (1.2 tsp ) Kuromame Houjicha into a Japanese teapot.
2. Cool boiled water down to 90℃ (203ºF) and pour it (300ml) into the teapot.
3. Steep for 45 seconds and pour an equal amount of tea in each cup.

The black beans really add to the kick. Complements the roasted tea so well. All-time favorite.
