Very delicious tea. Strong umami taste.

Superb looking leaves, intact with almost no specs, so the liquid is very clear. It has a spicy note to it, very similar to a more expensive gyokuro i had from another brand, if i would do a blind test, it would be hard to tell them apart. This is a super quality gyokuro and the provided tin is of impeccable beauty, perfection. The presentation, the whole opening experience, making and drinking this tea is pure class for affordable pice. No bitterness and nice theanine ;-).

Delicious gyokuro, sweet and silky with long lasting flavor (all the way until the 3rd infusion). ***also quite pleased with the packaging design, from box to can.

Just received my Tsubokiri Gyokuro (perfectly packaged, might I add) and I had to try it right away. It was worth the wait! Such a wonderful, strong umami taste!!! Even has some notes I usually find in matcha, but rarely in loose tea. Definitely recommendable, and for an amazingly good price!
