San Xia Bi Luo Chun

Taiwanese green tea

San Xia Bi Luo Chun San Xia Bi Luo Chun San Xia Bi Luo Chun San Xia Bi Luo Chun

San Xia Bi Luo Chun is a green tea produced in San Xia district, New Taipei city, Taiwan.

It is made of a rare cultivar usually used for Qing Xin Gan Zai green tea.
It is a true curiosity as the only Taiwanese green tea processed Chinese style (pan-fried, rolled, and dried).

This tea is sweet with the mellow aroma of chestnuts. With that light touch of tartness in the background, it is truly refreshing.

An pleasant green tea that has a sweet aroma. Liquor is of a light and clear green-yellow tone with a nuttiness in aroma that is creamy. It mimics that of a Taiwanese green oolong in taste. Mouthfeel has a slight pleasant oiliness that makes one salivates. Wet leaves are vibrant fresh green with a milky nutty aroma.
