** Loose tea and teaware orders (not containing matcha) are posted within 3 days*
*** Orders containing only Kanbayashi Shunsho matcha or Hokoen matcha are posted within 3 days*
**** Orders containing Marukyu Koyamaen, Horii Shichimeien or Hekisuien 150g can products are delayed, with an extended lead time of about 30 days. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.

The information provided here outlines the waiting times, the delivery schedules for each manufacturer. Please note that these time frames refer to when specific products arrive at Sazen Tea's dispatch warehouse, not when we will ship your order. This will also indicate the earliest date we can begin preparing your order for dispatch.
- Kanbayashi Shunsho: 1 day
- Hokoen: 1 day
- Maruyasu: 2 days
- Hekisuien: 10 days (except 150g can! See details below)
- Yamamasa Koyamaen: 12 days (no supply for new matcha orders)
- Horii Shichimeien: 15 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
- Marukyu Koyamaen: 30 days or more (no supply for new matcha orders)
