5月中旬より期間限定販売です。
弊社では抹茶を在庫しておりませんのでご了承ください。抹茶やお茶パウダー類は、オンラインショップ上でお客様からの注文後に、工場から新鮮な状態で入荷いたします。このプロセスには数日かかる場合がありますので、それまでの間しばらくお待ちください。

The previous review has the tasting notes pretty on point, what I get out of this is a blend of buttery spring greens, asparagus, savory avocado, and a nice mineral-like finish that reminds you you're drinking a tea. I'd also like to thank the reviewer for that because what I get is "mmm yummy buttery green but not bitter". I've always been a fan of Marukyu Koyamaen's teas but this one has blown everything else I've tried from them out of the water. It carries a lingering sweetness and buttery body that I crave in matcha without sacrificing the brothy umami taste I drink it for to begin with. It's packed full of flavor, but never veers in to any level of bitterness nor astringency, and the taste in this tea sits firmly in the middle of the tongue and lingers pleasantly with a nice, flavorful aftertaste. The final note is that this is very versatile. I've been preparing this at 80°C, but it does great at 70°C as noted. It does great as a very thin usucha, and performs just as well as a thicker usucha. It does great as a koicha, too. Each deliberate change in temp & amount used changes the taste you get out of it in a dynamic, exciting way that makes this matcha great for different moods amongst different days. This would become my go-to if I wasn't particular about trying new matcha all the time, It's also a shame this is seasonal!

Hatsu Enishi has an aroma that is reminiscent of buttered spring greens. Upon sipping, I am greeted by an initial vegetal flavor that reminds me of asparagus, which is followed by a fairly present umami that my palate reads as savory avocado, and finally ends with a mineral finish.

Lovely matcha - as soon as you open the can, you can smell aromas of fresh corn & cream. It is very lovely as a cold drink (over ice). No bitterness, no astringency - very smooth and creamy. Reminds me a lot of avocados. I'm hooked! Buying 4 more cans to enjoy this summer

Once I opened the tin, a very fresh sweet aroma came out. Pretty addictive smell :) It has a very bright green color. No bitter taste at all. Its taste has a very subtle grassy hint. Overall, very good matcha for such a good price! Highly recommended.
