Niikura Haruhiko is renowned glass artist who has showcased his work in prestigious glass exhibitions worldwide.
Traditional matcha containers are typically crafted from wood and lacquer, but this outstanding natsume is uniquely handmade from glass. Resembling ice, it is tailored for summer tea ceremonies to provide the sense of refreshing coolness in the midst of scorching summers.
The tea container comes in a paulownia wood box signed by the artist.
